Registration
 
The registration desk will open at 8 am on Monday July 10 on the fourth floor of the Rackham building: campus map. The main entrance of the Rackham building is on E. Washington Ave.

                                     Registration desk hours:

                                           - July 10: 8am to 5pm.
                                           - July 11: 8am to 5pm.
                                           - July 12: 8am to 4pm.



Registration is web-based using the Papercept system. Please go to the URL http://conf.papercept.net/registration/ to register.

Payment is by credit card. Registration rates have been finalized:

  • Single day registration:

    Registration includes proceedings, two lunches, opening reception (July 10, 6pm), and banquet dinner (July 11, 7pm).

    Single day registration includes proceedings and lunch (except July 12); opening reception included on July 10; banquet not included on July 11.

    Student registration does not include banquet dinner.

    A full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to be able to upload accepted papers in the Papercept system.

    To pay with check or money order, attendee will have to register via PaperCept, print the form and send both to the conference administrator. It must be in U.S. currency, with U.S. banking system routing number and payable to the University of Michigan, WODES 2006. If paying by check, to qualify for advance registration rates the check must be received by the advance registration deadline, June 2.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be received in writing by the conference administrator on or before June 2, 2006. Refunds for cancellations on or before June 2, 2006 will be made (less a processing fee of US$50). Any refund of a credit card registration will appear on your credit card statement for July or August. Cancellations received in writing between June 3 and 16 receive 50% refund.

    No refunds will be given for cancellation after June 16, 2006. An individual cancelling after this date will be mailed a complete set of conference materials.


    Substitutions

    Substitution requests must be made in writing at the address, fax number or email address below. Substitutions can be be made at anytime, including onsite.
